As part of our commitment to make a healthy, beautiful smile possible for all, Grosse Pointe Signature Smiles offers our Pre-paid Dental Plan to our patients. Our in-house plan is an alternative to insurance, which is increasingly subject to reductions in benefits and increases in premiums. Membership in our plan covers the entire family. For an annual fee of $255 per adult and $199 per child, you'll receive:

• Two regular cleanings
• Two periodic exams
• Periodic x-rays
• One fluoride treatment per child
• 15% savings on most other services

Most dental services are provided at a reduced cost. However, these services are not discounted:

• Treatment by a dentist or staff outside the practice;
• Precision or other attachments for dentures or bridgework;
• Dental Implants.
